It is easy to give to cat which has a mind of her own.

My senior mini yorkie is struggling with his legs collapsing out from under him.My vet recommended this saying it absolutely works – i cant really review as it takes a few months or more to see a change …Unfortunately my little brat is such a picky knuckle head that the only way he will take it is if i smother bacon in it . If I put it in his food – his gives me the look – like – what the heck you doing woman – Im not stupid!Multiple friends have recommended as well.

This has helped my elderly dogs with their mobility in their joints

I’m fortunate enough that my neighbor’s19 year old retired therapy cat Miss Trixie Lynne can, an will eat most edibles i place in front of her. So this was a hit for her and myself. Poor gal has trouble getting up and walking but doesn’t complain. But it’s obvious it’s uncomfortable. It breaks my heart to see animal having to put up with old age after all those years of service to humans, I was glad to know that in less than a few days Ms. Trixie was visibly having less trouble getting up which meant less pain and better sleep. Or more sleep wow cats can sleep the day away.

Product arrived next day and will last for a long time. Unfortunately it was hit or miss with my dogs. Half of them liked it and the other half ran away and they usually aren’t picky. I’ll continue giving it to them but I probably won’t fight with the ones that don’t like it since they don’t usually give me issues like this.

My nine year old dog is getting around much better after adding this to his diet. He was limping and avoiding stairs before, but now is more active and plays with the younger dogs again.

DISCLAIMER: This review is solely based on my personal experience/usage of the product. Yours might be different.I tried to use it a few times and I had to spend extra effort to cover up the smell. Sometimes if the smell is not covered up nicely, my dog wouldn’t even go near the food. But when I successfully give it to my dog, my old buddy seems to do a bit better and doesn’t limp as much.

My 15yr old dog has a collapsed trachea. He has a consistent cough that makes it hard for him to sleep at night. I give him half a dropper full and it allows him to stop coughing and we can both get rest. I would continue to give him this natural medicine.

I have 9 dogs and I decided to try this out with my third oldest dog. He’s 10 and has started showing signs of arthritis. He’s a bully breed mix, so according to the bottle he should be getting 3 eye droppers full a day which seems like a lot when you are getting such a small bottle. The bottle ended up lasting about 2 weeks for us. I didn’t see an improvement, but with supplements like this it usually takes 2-3 months to see much change.Other cons are the flavor, this dog eats pretty much anything and he hesitated when I gave him his food with this on it. I ended up having to add some chicken broth on top to get him to eat. The other thing is the dropper itself. It says 3 droppers full, but the dropper never picks up more than 1/4 of the liquid so I had to try and estimate how much liquid could fit in it and then use a syringe. If you have a small dog that isn’t picky this would be worth trying. For bigger dogs though pills would probably be a more economical choice.

I got this for my 16 year old cat who has arthritis and this product made her feel like a much younger cat. I would highly recommend it for anyone with an older cat that needs relief from arthritis pain.

  12. Donna A.

I can’t attest to the flavor because my cats won’t let me get near them with it. It does have a strong enough smell that they have an aversion to it. They won’t touch it mixed in their dry kibble or wet food. My cats are extremely finicky, so that could be the case with this. I was hoping they would take it since they are senior kitties. It comes in a brown glass bottle that protects the product from UV light and a dropper that makes it easy to measure and administer.

  14. Jen Smith

My older dog seems to like the drops. It will take some time to see if it is effective for her health, but I will update.

  15. Daysi Sandoval

I have an 18 year old Chihuahua-Corgi mix, who is very healthy considering his age. While I have given him pain medication for his shakes, I don’t want to hurt his liver with taking so much. So far he is liking the taste. I place the drops in his food. I do see less shaking than before so that’s already a great plus!

  16. Monica

I’m giving this to my 16 year old 🐶 pup. He is doing well health wise, but has just slowed down with age. His legs are weaker and he slides on the floor because of it sometimes. I’ve been giving him glucosamine for a year now. He doesn’t care for the chews so I’ve had to crush them into his food. This is even easier for me since it’s just drops. I put it in his food and that’s it. I’m hoping this will help him over time. I’m glad he’s eating it without any issues.

  17. GoddessGolda

I like that it’s a liquid I can easily add to any dog food . It’s a good idea to make giving supplement easier . It’s easy to just add 1/2 a dropper full to the food I know my dog already loves to eat . Good stuff

This product was delivery quickly but as soon as I took the bottle out of the package you could smell it. It isn’t a bad smell but it is strong and I haven’t even removed the plastic around the lid to open it. After opening it, the dropper works just fine. I have 3 very picky cats but 2 of them really need Glucosamine and Chondroitin. The vet stated these supplements are helpful. We use both of these supplements on our dog, one of the supplements is already in his food and the other we give as a treat. Really I think he will eat anything. I decided to put 3 three drops in his breakfast using a plain dry food and he ate it. My cats on the other hand, not so much luck. I have tried 1 drop in dry food or wet food. I even tried putting a handful of treats in a baggy, add 1 drop, shake and let sit in hopes of absorbing it. They all turned their noses up. I have tried pills, chewables and powder for my cats. I am starting to think they just want the pain.

Previously, I’d given my dog glucosamine chews for his elbow dysplasia. A 125 day supply is packed in a huge plastic tub. While this is only a 30 day supply, 4 of these bottles don’t take up nearly the space of that container and also you don’t need to worry about your dog liking the taste of the chew and eating it, since this dropper can be used in their regular food. Some care is needed as this is packaged in a glass jar, and also, the dosage information wasn’t exactly clear. The insert said for dogs over 35lbs to give 2 drops once to twice per day and on the bottle the instructions said 3 drops once to twice per day. This is only a 30 day supply if you give 2 drops once per day (60 drops total). So if you followed the instructions to give 3 drops twice per day, 6 drops per day, this would only be a 10 day supply.

I care for a senior doggy who’s a bit stiff in the joints (don’t tell him I said that), and could use a bit of support for pain and discomfort. This does the trick. I add it to his food and he does not turn his nose up at it like he does so many other things. That’s all I can ask for. I’m very pleased with this product. Less drugs and more nature is that way to go. A+

I was glad to find this product, given that research shows that glucosamine is a good supplement for healthy joints and bones. One of our pets has a broken leg, so we have been giving this supplement to help his injury heal faster. Nick, our cat, seems to like it, and I hope this product helps him heal faster. My only complaint about this product is that it came with a non-working dropper.Update:After using it for a few days, I see an improvement in my cat recovering from a broken leg. He seems more comfortable and active.

Picked these up to add to our digs supplement regiment. Our little one goes right after it. And she can be picky. Now I cant say for sure about its direct effect as we also give chews periodically and some other supplements. However the ingredients seem on par and we dont see any side effects.

Good product for dogs who will not take the pills. This hides better in food.

  26. Cyndie Stevens

I ordered this product after evaluating the ratings. It is very highly rated. Unfortunately, I cannot speak to efficacy as we have just started with the product. Zeus, our 12 yr old Bassett Hound, has no issues with taking it and I hope that it helps as much as some of the reviews indicate that it does with the arthritis pain. I sure hope this is the magic bullet and will return to update this review after we’ve completed a minimum treatment schedule.

  27. Leandra Chapa

I can’t say how these taste because i wont try them lol but i can say they are good enough that my dog enjoys. i tell her lets get a treat and she goes for it. so i can say they’re working. she hasn’t been limping lately. so id say these are worth the buy!

As your pet gets older it needs the help this product provides.

  30. Stylin

I give my puppy half a dose everyday to prevent future rheumatoid issues. I won’t know for years if it’s doing any good. But I do know it shouldn’t harm her, so I feel comfortable giving this to my dog. The brand seems to be high quality.

  31. Cyndie Stevens

I ordered this product trying to find a magic bullet for our eldest Bassett Hound who has problems with his left front shoulder. Vet says it is common problem with the breed but we are hoping to find that one product that has just the right ingredients to help alleviate the suffering my friend is enduring. He hobbles everywhere he goes. We haven’t been on this supplement long enough to draw any conclusions as sometimes it takes a few weeks for recognizable results. Fingers are crossed and prayers have been offered.

  32. Kristan SKristan S

The hip & joint drops will take some time to see improvement in my cats movement as it’s aging. So far the flavor is acceptable to the cat. Hoping it aids in pain relief with continuous use.

  33. GreatDanes4L

I have had dogs with hip dysplasia and it is not fun. This is a great supplement to help keep their joints healthy. MSM has long been known to help with joint issues. I have large breed dogs and this is a big help to them.

  34. Sara Oser

I have a three year old lab mix who has arthritis in his paw from an injury before i got him and this has made a huge difference in his quality of life!

  35. Just K

My older cat seems to have developed a bit of arthritis but she still jumps and gets around. She seems more fragile these days. I’m adding this with the hope it will help. If I see a noticeable difference, I’ll update, but I am only hoping to ward of any worsening of symptoms.

  36. AKA Adams

This is for my dog so not sure about flavor but it must be good as my dog is very picky. I have tried to give my dog the pills, which she refused to eat. I add this on top of her food and mix in, she has no problem eating it, and she seems to get around easier now, keeping up with her puppy friend now. She is still new to this product and I will keep watching her , as I love to see her getting around easier and keeping up with her siblings.

Daisy, our little Chihuahua, is very active, although she seems to have some joint pain in her back leg. Our goal is to provide some pain relief if we can. After being given these glucosamine drops daily, Daisy no longer acts as though her back leg joint is painful. This product comes with a very handy card that details the dosage recommended for your animal.

I’ve given this to my dog for the past few days and, well, not sure if its helping or not. She doesn’t seem to mind the taste although when I smelled it it was quite a strong vinegary kind of smell. I hope it is helping my pup as she is 17 years old and really having trouble walking and getting up from laying down. Her hips are weak. So I’m hoping I can see some progress or at the very least she has less pain.

  42. Long Time AC

This is a great, and awesome way to help joints and motion for our animals. This is so easy to use, and they don’t mind the flavor at all. I’m so happy with this product. Thank you!

Used it for my older cats and it seems to work great. Originally bought it to help with urinary issues.
